I became a therapist to provide a safe, open, collective healing community for people who are struggling with trauma, the weight of perfectionism, making time for themselves, and healing old wounds. I believe that you deserve to feel better. I believe that you are worthy of love and care. My goal is to help you stop getting burnt out and start encouraging you to see healing and transformation are really possible.
More than a therapist, I am your ally in your journey to feeling like yourself again. Our sessions will provide you with the space to focus on yourself without feeling selfish. In our work, we will uncover the source of the emotional concerns that have you feeling stuck as we work towards healing the past while also managing the present.
I have over 10 yrs of experience and advanced training in IFS, EMDR, EFT Couples Therapy, and Somatics. I look forward to supporting you towards inner peace and the life you deserve.

I will support you as we work to heal the past and manage the present. Our time together will provide you with the space to feel empowered, to feel safe, and comfortable. You'll be able to gain real clarity and express your thoughts and feelings to start feeling like yourself again.
There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to Therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns. I believe that you are strong enough to be present with what you may be going through.
